One thing I’ve learned from my own experience is that it’s better to be average-to-good or poor. Not “good enough,” but “average.” I realize that this sounds like a contradiction, but just think about it. If you’re average, you will not be able to reach your weight goals. If you’re poor, you will be at a disadvantage. So if I want to be thin, I need to be average.
