My friend, who is a college professor, recently banned a player’s playstation account from his school library. The player was suspended for his actions and asked to remove his account from the library.
Unfortunately, he was banned after his account was found to be using his school library account for a purpose which is prohibited by the school’s policies. The school is trying to cover their ass by saying that this is a “rude” action, but my friend was having none of it. The school banned the user for using his account to access the library’s video games because, well, that’s just silly.
I mean, its an account. It’s a very special account.
Well, the school should be able to tell their own students what they can and cannot do on the internet, but they should not be doing this to their own students. I think the school is out to get a little troublemaker in their midst for their insensitivity.
I have no idea what the school is thinking here. If a student is using their school’s library to watch video games, the school can ban that student from using their library. I don’t think this is a good thing, but its not worth getting into a huge discussion about it. I would much rather see the school step back and think about their own actions before they make decisions like this.
I think the school is probably just doing this because of the new high school they’re trying out. Its kind of a fun and clever idea, but the school’s name is always going to be a talking point so it would be nice to have the school back off of it.
There are a few reasons I don’t think this is a good idea. First, it doesn’t solve the problem at hand. I have a hard time seeing the school banning these people at all. The problem is that other students who are using their library are probably just as angry or just as upset about the situation as anyone else. If anything, this only makes things more difficult for them. The way I see it is that the school is actually imposing a higher standard of behavior on these students.
This is a great idea for students who have problems with their school. I have an easy solution for these students. The school should just ban all accounts that are using their school’s library for personal use. The school is being a bit hypocritical and punishing people for using other people’s resources. The school should instead be focusing on the issue of using other people’s resources, and giving students a choice in doing so. The library should remain open to students who have different needs.
It’s a great idea and a very interesting challenge to think about. I have an idea for a school that would allow students to choose if they want to use their school’s library for personal use or not. This would give students a choice, because they would have to admit that they have a problem, and take action. The school should also be making a point that everyone should have a chance to get into the school and use the library.
I’m trying to figure out how this should be implemented, but I don’t think it will go over well. I’m actually thinking about sending a letter to the college president telling them to look into the idea. The students will have the option to not use their library, but I think students will still feel like they miss out on a chance to use the library.
