Hello, I am so glad you are here. I have a new Psn page that went up today. I don’t have any more time at the moment, so I am going to tell you all about it.
Today is the day that we all get to cancel our orders with Psn. Once I had it up, I saw that it was selling out of stock, so I figured I would have to tell you all on my blog. It is a bit of a rant, so I will give you all a taste here. The first thing that strikes me is that you have all had to cancel orders before.
Yes, I know that. I feel stupid. That’s not the point. The point is for you all to see the difference in the way of the Psn site. If someone wants to cancel their order, they can click cancel, but the page still shows the order. If they click cancel, it is still listed on the page, but not the order.
Well, this is the first time I have seen this. I do not understand the point of it.
Psn has been around for quite sometime. Its purpose has not been to give people a way to cancel the purchase of a game. Instead, its main purpose is to sell games. If you want to cancel your preorder, you simply go to the Psn site and cancel your order. It will not affect any of the other offers which will still be listed for sale.
This is pretty bad, and I am sure this is not the first such incident. I know this, because I have read about it too. I just hope that the people behind this site will take some action too.
The developer, Daring Fireball Games, has also announced that they are no longer accepting preorders for their highly anticipated title, Star Wars: Death Troopers.
For those who want a preorder of the game but have not yet ordered, I’m afraid you will not be able to cancel. It is a “cancellation” that does not affect your purchase of the game. You simply go to the Psn site and cancel your order. It is not a refund of your money.
This is what is known as a “non-refundable” preorder, and the developer of this game doesn’t seem to be taking that very well. The company says that a refund will be sent to you, and a refund is what they plan to do. The cancellation of a preorder is non-refundable, and the company is making it easier for their customers to cancel them once again.
The company is not taking the cancellation of a preorder very well. They are saying that if you have already pre-ordered the game, you will be refunded, but the game does not come with a refund if you cancel it, and the developers say that they are not the right people to make that call.
