The Brownfield Area Plan Review Committee is tasked with reviewing, evaluating and approving land use zoning and other issues in the Brownfield Area. The Brownfield Area Plan Review Committee is made up of the City Council, the Department of Public Works, and the Department of Planning and Zoning.

The Brownfield Area Planning Review Committee is a panel of elected members to review the Brownfield Area Plan. At the moment, it’s made up of eight people.
The Brownfield Area Plan is one of many areas where the Department of Planning and Zoning has oversight. It’s a plan to address the environmental impacts of the current commercial and industrial areas of the City of Baltimore. The plan includes the creation of a Greenbelt – a park design that would keep the City’s neighborhoods green and the City’s economy competitive on the open market.
Brownfield Area Plan is a very complex thing. It’s also a very controversial thing, so in its current form its not surprising that members are not on board. Even so, it’s an ideal thing to bring together a group of elected members from different backgrounds to discuss the Brownfield Area Plan and how it applies to the City of Baltimore.
At a time when the US is fighting the same war in Afghanistan and Iraq, the Brownfield Area Plan is the only way to keep the US economy competitive. If it passes, this would create a new greenbelt in the City of Baltimore with the same open-market concept.
What’s most surprising is that its members are not on board, but if we know anything about the Brownfield Area Plan, its almost certain that they’ll be there. The Brownfield Area Plan is a plan to make the City of Baltimore a more attractive place to live in. It will not only help the people of Baltimore, but also the rest of the country by decreasing land prices and making it easier to sell property.
The Brownfield Plan is still in the works, but the idea is that the first step will be to create a new greenbelt with the same open-market concept as in Baltimore. The plan does have a few drawbacks though, like the fact that the proposed greenbelt will take away from the City of Baltimore’s already existing neighborhoods. Also, there is an active movement against it (including efforts to get the City Council to revoke the plan) so it is still a work in progress.
