In the news today is a story about a man who was caught on video and arrested for taking pictures and selling them on the street. It is called “the fox 5 news st louis case.” His name is Christopher Mims. Mims was arrested for taking and selling photographs of himself doing things that would be considered illegal in the US. He was sentenced to one year of probation and fined $1,000.
The story is a little weird because it actually happened. Mims was caught on the street and arrested for taking photographs of the city. He was then sentenced to one year of probation and fined 500. But after his one year of probation he was released. And now he’s on death row. But according to him, he was never really charged with any crime, and he was never supposed to be on death row.
We’re talking about the man charged with killing a woman and her two children. The woman was a local woman who worked at a clothing store on the same street that Mims’s business allegedly took pictures of. The incident happened in September of 2005, and Mims was sentenced to one year of probation and fined 1,000.
When this trailer ends, we’ll be sure to see some more screenshots of the game.
The man charged with killing Mimss’ wife and her two children was convicted of attempted murder in November of 2006, which is a felony, and has since been sentenced to a 10 year prison sentence and is currently awaiting execution.
I guess I just can’t help thinking that Mimss trial showed up the fact that a woman who’s been married for just a few months isn’t really in a position to commit murder when she’s clearly out of her mind. After a year of probation and a one year prison sentence she is sentenced to one year of probation and $1500 fine. That’s it. No parole. No probation. No fine.
That’s what the story really shows. I don’t know about you, but I can’t help thinking that Mimss’s trial showed that this woman was not mentally stable.
The woman in the Mimss case was convicted of murder, but the judge sentenced her to one year in jail and probation. The judge said that because of the prison sentence, she would have to live in the same household as her former husband. The trial showed that the woman was obviously not stable in the least. She was delusional and delusional she was. She was out of her mind. She could have done anything. She was psychotic. She was delusional.
The judge said “Her actions were out of touch with reality,” and that if these things were out of touch with reality, then she should have been locked up. I think this is what a judge means when they say they have “no opinion.
