Today, on the front page of our website, we got a nice update. We’ve got a good mix of news to go with the other posts.
The most recent addition is that we, the developer of Deathloop, are currently working on a new game called Front Line. The game is a first-person shooter that will take place in a time loop, similar to Colt Vahn’s own story in Deathloop. It’s an excellent idea and the developers are doing a great job of bringing the game to life before the end of the year.
Its a good time to be writing about Front Line, as it will be the first game in our popular game-based game series, Deathloop’s official FPS game series. There is even a new name that has been picked for the game—Front Line—as well, which is a nice touch.
The development team has already started working on a sequel to Deathloop. They call their game “Front Line: The Game, and it should be out this year. So if you’re wondering, what is Deathloop? Well, it’s a time-based action RPG in the vein of Baldur’s Gate 2. In the game, you play as Colt Vahns father, a legendary hero who has been locked into time-loop for the past several years.
With the announcement of Front Line, its possible that we may get to see the return of a time-travelling Colt Vahn in the near future. And if this happens, then it’s a perfect time to start the quest to find him. And if that weren’t enough, the game will also feature a new class system, which can be unlocked through achievements.
So far, it seems Colt has only been able to go through a few times in the past, but he has also managed to get through the game’s story in a really cool way. He gets to meet characters like Jax, a master assassin who has a really cool skill. Jax can take out time-looping Visionaries with a few bullets and takes out time-travelling enemies with a bow and arrow.
The class system also introduces a new, non-lethal way to fight time-looping Visionaries, as well as getting you to the end of the game quicker. What’s really cool is how you can take out multiple Visionaries faster and with less damage. I think that’s a big part of what makes the game so fun.
The class system allows you to choose from twelve classes, or “ranks”, which are basically classes that allow you to do certain things. You don’t get to choose your ranks, though you can buy them from the game’s vendor. So if you want to be the best assassin with the best skills, you might need to purchase a rank that lets you use a bow and arrow. Or you can just go for the most brutal, most lethal assassin you can find.
But then there are all these other classes that are good at a lot of the things you’d normally do as a player, like gooey, nasty, or dirty. Maybe you’d like to be an assassin with an RPG style of play, but you’d rather do something with your skills that can be played alone. Or you might like to be an assassin with an emphasis on stealth, but you’d rather be a sniper or a hacker or a bomb thrower.
The story is about a woman who is very good at throwing things around. This is not particularly the way I would describe it. But it’s actually pretty damn cool. She’s a good shooter, but she’s a lot more fun.
