I recently came across a video by an artist named “Weary” that uses the term “dance” in a way that I could relate to. In his video, he explains that his dance is not necessarily about playing games. It’s about exploring the world, learning, and finding joy in the process.
Weary’s dance does have a specific meaning that is similar to the one I listed above, specifically about the need for self-awareness. In his video, he talks about this concept a bit more and explains why the dance is similar to learning something new.
I could relate to this a lot because I’m a “dancer” in my own life. From watching TV to playing games to painting, I do a lot of things that help me learn, but I also try to do things that help me connect to myself and my surroundings. The dance I do is one of those things, and I feel that it’s the same sort of thing that helps me learn about my self.
I think it’s possible to have self-awareness without knowing anything about dance or the importance of self-love/self-care in dance. I think that if I were to talk with someone about my dance and how it helps me, I would be able to identify how it helps me, not just as a dancer, but as a person too.
I don’t really know, but I just want to dance more – I usually play dance video games on my PSP. I’m not even sure why I like it. I just do.
I’m not sure that you can have self awareness and be without self-care or self-love. That seems to be the only reason that some people seem to think that way, and it’s not that easy. I think the best you can do is to realize that dance and music can help you feel more and more in control of your life. You can do that by watching them.

Ive found it hard to let go of dance myself, if only because I like to dance and I like to dance with other people. For me, dancing with a group means that you are likely to go out with someone you’ve been dancing with before. It means that if I don’t dance with someone I’m not close to (or I feel awkward doing so), then I’m likely to go out with someone I’m not close to.
