Just a quick note about Facebook’s privacy policy. The Danish language version of the Facebook page is still in English, but it’s up to the Danish version of Facebook to translate the Facebook page into Danish. Facebook is under no obligation to comply with Danish privacy regulations, so please do not ask the Danish version of Facebook for any information about Danish privacy regulations.

Facebook has been under fire in Denmark for the last few years for their privacy policies. In 2010 they made a statement that their privacy policy did not exist. In 2013, they finally admitted that they didn’t have a privacy policy and that the company wasn’t able to comply with Danish privacy regulations. Facebook has since taken a number of steps to comply with Danish privacy regulations and to make their privacy policy up to par with Denmark’s.

The debate centers around how the data the company collects and who it’s used for. Facebook is now a part of the EU, Google is a part of the US, Amazon is a part of the EU, Facebook is a part of the EU, Google is a part of the US, Amazon is a part of the EU, and Facebook is a part of the US. When it comes to privacy policies, Denmark is lagging far behind the rest of the EU.

I have the same discussion as you, so let’s be creative with that. If it’s not a case of a lot of people using Google data to do their research or to make a decision, it’s probably not going to be so easy. That’s what we’re trying to create here.
