The need for speed is a part of our normal functioning, and the need for speed is what we need to be able to function at our peak.

The more you think, the more you have to think about. When you think about something, you have to think about it for a while. If you think about something for longer than a couple of minutes, you can get distracted.
The faster you’re thinking, the faster your brain will spin and the faster you need to think. As a result, when you need to think fast, you get a lot of mental energy. This is why I recommend trying to make sure your brain doesn’t get too busy and is sufficiently rested (even though doing this will likely burn you out). This is not an easy thing to do.
Its a good idea for when youre trying to remember something, but if you get too busy, you might be more likely to forget. This is one time when you should be careful with your mental energy.
I can’t stress enough how important it is to ensure your brain keeps its synapses firing. Doing so takes a lot of energy. You wont be able to exercise as much as you would if your brain was firing all the time.
The most important thing to remember is that if you don’t use the right muscles, you are at risk for overuse injuries. This is especially true with your legs, which are one of the most important muscle groups to keep healthy. So be sure to keep them strong, and to ensure you’re not overusing them. Do you lift weights often? If you’re not careful, you can end up overusing your legs and developing injuries.
If you want to be a badass, you need to do exercises that work your whole body. Strength training is the best way to go. But youll want to make sure youre doing anaerobic exercises and not anaerobic weight training, as that is what can cause strain. The most common form of anaerobic work is doing pushups, but you can do squats, lunges, and pull ups as well.
If youre ever in need of a quick fix, an easy fix is to push your body harder during your workout. If youre not careful, you can end up using your muscles unnecessarily, and end up putting yourself in risk of injury. In order to avoid injury, you should avoid doing any form of anaerobic exercise. Doing any form of anaerobic exercise for more than three minutes will put you at risk, and will cause strain on your body.
