The adapter is actually made right here in the US by Sony. It’s called the S-1. It’s basically a headset that lets you use your PS2 with the PlayStation 2 headset, but instead of the left ear plug, it’s a little earphone. I still have the adapter with me, even though I’m not going to be using it.

Its a bit of an odd move to come to a new device where it has a different adapter, but I think people were wondering if this could ever ever work for the PS3. It works perfectly, and I think this is a really cool thing to have.
