If you are looking to pick up a new console for your game console, you may be wondering what to do with the controller. You may be asking yourself “Why is this so complicated?” or “Is this really worth it?” Well, I’m here to tell you that it is and it is worth the pain. I’ve had this controller for over 6 years now.
My first console, the PS2, was a joy of a console. It had a pretty large OLED screen, the ability to run games at 60fps, and a ton of games. A quick look through the PS2’s menu and you can easily see that it was a console that did not have a control stick. With the controller you don’t have to worry about using the stick. You use the buttons to move between control points.
The problem with the PS3 is that you cant play games at all. The PS3 is a big console. It holds a ton of games. Its not really all that great for a controller. Ive even tried the PS4 controller and the PS4 controller is much better.
The problem with the controller is that it is not compatible with the ps4 pro. This is why you are seeing a ton of controllers that are not really compatible with ps4 pro. At least the ps4 pro is designed to work with the ps4. So if you are a ps4 owner, you can probably buy a ps4 pro controller.
For a while now, Sony has been trying to convince people to switch to an all-all-all-the-time controller for the PS4. With more than two million PS4s sold, the console is definitely worth it.
In short, Sony is doing a great job of trying to convince you to buy an all-all-all-the-time controller. But it’s not really helping them sell more consoles. The reason is that while many PS4 owners are happy to pay a premium for a controller that works with the PS4 itself, many others simply don’t want to deal with all the other crap that a controller brings with it.
While I’m not one to brag about hardware, I can say that my PS4 is awesome. It’s a joy to use, and it doesn’t get in the way of my games. But, I’m not sure that I’m in the minority. Many of my friends who own a PS4 are happy to pay for a controller and use it with their games. But many others don’t.
I know most are happy with their PS4’s controller, but I would like to see more people give a second thought to the other crap that a controller brings with it. For example, many people buy a PS4 for a new console. But many other people take the controller with them on vacation, or just in the middle of a game. People might buy a controller for the Wii to play on the couch, but they might also buy it to use with a game on the couch.
People with PS3 controllers will be a minority, but the controller-using minority is just as important as the controller-using majority. The reason is because while the PS3 controller uses a touchpad, the PlayStation Move uses a motion sensor. The Move does a lot of things that the touchpad does not, so the controller-using minority is just as important as the controller-using majority.
Because of the way the PlayStation Move detects motion, it is more efficient than the touchpad for moving objects in a specific direction. In other words, it’s more efficient for a lot of things. Like moving objects in different directions. A controller has a button for each direction, so it’s easy to move in one direction and then turn a corner. But the Move only works with moving objects, so it’s easier to move in one direction and then move a cursor to the next direction.
