As I mentioned in my previous post, I have to work on this blog post every single day. It’s not a big deal to me because I enjoy the process. I just don’t know if the way I write and post it, is good for my health. I am still trying to figure out what works for me and if I should change anything. I am currently taking a nutritionist from The University of Miami who is working to figure out what is working for me and what isn’t.
I am not sure if all the changes I’ve made to my diet are working, but I am feeling better. I don’t really want to get into that because it is so many different things. But, I can tell you that I have lost a lot of weight, and I am having less trouble sleeping, which has been a problem for awhile. I also feel less hungry and like my energy levels are up.
