Also, I’d prefer to think of walking around as some sort of “self-nudity” activity than an exercise in sensory overload that’s just going to turn you into the next Michael Jordan.
In addition to that, if youve got headphones or earbuds you can put on to listen to music, you can also do some meditation or light yoga. Or, what about just listening to music. While youre at it, you can check out a few books. There are a number of good ones, including “The Ultimate Guide to Meditation” by David M. Kessler.
As for the music, I haven’t quite figured that one out yet. I get the feeling there’s some sort of connection between listening to music and meditation, which makes sense, but I haven’t quite worked out exactly what that connection is.
