The latest news from the White House was a big one this morning. President Donald Trump tweeted out the news that he has signed an executive order to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. The order was made with the cooperation of the administration, and it gives the administration the legal avenue to end the program.
It also gives the administration a legal defense to demand the court of appeals to review, essentially asking the courts to review the decision. It is a decision that should almost always be reviewed by courts, and so it is a clear victory for the administration and the President.
The president has made it very clear that he expects the courts to review this decision. This is one of the few areas where he has not been able to use executive action. The courts will probably now review this decision, so the administration is winning.
Fox News has responded to the decision by saying that the administration won’t be able to keep the courts from reviewing the decision, but that the administration has already been forced to rely on the courts when seeking the courts to review. That’s a huge concern. The courts are now the one way the administration can delay or prevent the courts from reviewing a decision it made. The courts are the only way the administration can delay or prevent the courts from reviewing a decision it made.
Well, the whole point of the courts is that they can review a decision made by the executive branch. I see no reason, other than it’s the only way the courts could review a decision made by the administration. They aren’t there to rubber stamp the administration’s decisions. The courts are going to have to review these decisions to ensure they are not illegal or unconstitutional.
I find it interesting that the courts only need to review a decision when it applies to the same people who made the decision. When the executive branch makes a decision that applies to the president and a couple of his cronies, then that decision can be reviewed by the courts. When the president makes a decision that applies to a couple of his personal friends, then the courts have no business reviewing that decision.
We’re not doing this. We’re doing the same thing. Nobody is asking this to be a part of our lives. And if they were, we’d rather not have it.
I want to know if we really want to leave. If we do, we’ll start to make a lot of money from it. We could have a nice little game in our heads.
Fox News is a part of our lives. It’s not even a news source. The people on its screen are people who don’t work there, or who don’t care. It’s a private corporation that advertises itself as news. And the more you know about it, the less it seems like a news source.
I’ve heard that Fox News is actually a news channel. I’d prefer to have a news channel, but I’m not sure that Fox News is really news. I’m not sure it’s a neutral source of information. It can be a good source of information for people who may need to hear something different, like a friend or a colleague.
