I’m a huge fan of “chicktastic” books, so I thought I’d add my own contribution to the pantheon. After reading The Art of Happiness by Dr. Jordan Peterson, I realized that the book I was reading had the perfect combination of interesting ideas, humor, and a focus on learning from your mistakes. The book has been on my to-read list ever since, and I’m glad that I did.
I’ve read more chicktastic books than I care to admit. I’ve read one or two of them that I thought would be funny or insightful. But the ones that made me laugh out loud, or felt like I was learning something new, were definitely the ones that made me want to go back and re-read it again.
One of the most memorable books I’ve read in a long time was Ch.4: Nade, A Novel by the author of Ch.3: Nade. Now this book has been on my to-read list forever, and I’m glad that I finally picked it up. I really liked Nade, and I thought I would have a good time while reading it. I really think that the book has a lot of great ideas on how to make mistakes and get better at things.
The book is about a man who goes on vacation with his daughter and daughter’s new boyfriend to explore the ocean around the island of Ch.4 Nade. What happens, however, is that the man gets trapped in a time loop as his daughter’s boyfriend is trying to kill him. The novel has a lot of great plot twists that I didnt expect. Most notably, the story line revolves around a family being at a funeral and the father has flashbacks from when he was a young man.
The story is about a man, Frank, who was a war veteran. After returning home, he is suddenly a father and finds himself a man with a teenage daughter. Frank becomes aware of a time loop and has flashbacks of his military life. The man is aware of the same time loop and has flashbacks of being a young man.
The first time I played it on PC, I got an “oh, yeah, you see so many things I did?” moment when the game kept on saying I had flashbacks. I thought, “Oh, yeah, that’s why there are flashbacks,” but I wasn’t expecting that.
It’s an interesting thing because these flashbacks are often the same moment that happens in the game, but you don’t see it happen. That’s okay though because when you play a time loop, you can replay a set of events over and over until the loop ends. The game then shows you all the flashbacks it has from that time, and they’re very cool.
If you watch it again, you can look at the flashbacks of your character or the flashbacks of events that were happening in your character’s life. This makes it very easy to replay past events without having to make a conscious effort to remember them. And it can be used to show you flashbacks from any time you happen to be in that time loop.
I can’t really think of anything I did in the game that I was particularly good at, but maybe that was just a fluke. I was much better at getting into trouble than solving them.
It’s also worth noting that if you are good at solving your own problems, you’re also good at solving other people’s problems as well. This is because the problem solving skills that you develop while you’re in the time loop also apply to solving other people’s problems. For instance, if I had a problem similar to the one that got me into trouble, I’m sure I would have solved it no matter what. And I’m sure you would, too.
