Weight training news. The last couple of weeks I’ve been reading about the positive effects of exercise on the body and the brain. I’ve been reading about exercise in general, but I’ve also been reading about the brain.
It’s obvious that exercise has no negative effects on the body, but Ive been surprised that exercise alone seems to make up for the negative effects. But the fact that people go through the process of training to get to the plateau of fitness doesn’t make it better.
The way I see it is that the positive effects of exercise are to boost our brainpower. If you have the right brainpower, you can really do many things. The negative effects are to make us lazy – if you don’t exercise, you’re just going to take a few minutes at a time and watch TV. Exercise is the one thing that will make you feel like you’re alive.
I think in doing a lot of exercises, you really don’t have to be a beginner. You can do them yourself, but if you want to do them at this stage, that’s fine. If that’s the case, then you can do them yourself and get a little bit more done in the process.
As many of you know, I have been doing my weekly workout for the past couple of weeks but I feel very little desire to do more than simply doing my workout. I think that’s why I am using this as a base and the reason why I am making this change. I am doing three or four exercises a day, so I have been doing them for a week.
Your new workout routine could be the difference between feeling and being in shape, and I am not talking about just getting your heart rate up. I am talking about your waistline.
I had this whole idea in my head for a while about creating a weekly workout routine. I have been going to the gym more often and have made some modifications but I had a hard time with the idea of sticking with a workout routine that was primarily about cardio. I thought I was already doing a lot of cardio already; I’m not. I started with cardio workouts but then realized that I was only doing one or two a day.
If you aren’t getting your heart rate up, you are just starting to lose weight. I am telling you, if you don’t get all that weight you won’t be getting anything.
When you go into the gym, you need to do cardio. Do cardio, then cardio, then cardio. If you are having a cardio workout, do it. Just be very conscious about the gym. You do not want to be in a gym in the middle of the day.
